CDC recommendations on preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Attending events and gatherings increases your risk of getting and spreading COVID-19. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all guidelines required by the venue/event (including the possibility of facial covering requirements) or risk waiving your access to the event, without refund. By purchasing a ticket, you recognize that attendance is voluntary and, by doing so, you assume all risks, whether occurring prior to, during or after. Your voluntary participation may result in personal injury, including possible death and exposure to COVID-19. By purchasing admission, you agree to release, indemnify, waive and discharge event/venue management, its sponsors and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, employees and volunteers from all claims resulting directly or indirectly from your attendance.
In the event I, or any person in my household, exhibits symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19 (including but not limited to a fever or persistent dry-cough), I agree not to enter the event/venue premises unless and until fourteen (14) days following all persons in my household have ceased exhibiting such symptoms.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and represent that you have read, understand and agree with the above.
